City of Harare

Engaged by the City of Harare to train their Organisational Development Team of over 200 staff on Business Process Mapping Overview, Methodology and Techniques. Oversaw the team to identify all business processes and an exhaustive list of procedures for the organisation (>1,700 Procedures identified). Supported the team to write Standard Operating Procedures as identified; provided quality assurance of all documents produced and guided the continuous improvement identification initiative.
