The QPR Collaborative Management system facilitates automated performance management, business process design, communication and collaboration across the organisation. Redesigned the core business processes of the organisation to optimise utilisation of the ERP system. Wrote over 100 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the organisation’s core business processes.
